Not happy with your current managing agents?
Our management takeover service is HASSLE FREE with NO SET UP COSTS.
The process is simple:
- Serve notice to your current agent, sign up with us and set a date for the takeover
- Provide us with some details about your property and the current tenancy. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything – we can contact your previous agent for this
- We introduce ourselves to your tenants, letting them know that we will be the new managing agents from the takeover date
- We arrange the transfer of the tenant’s deposit directly from your previous agent to ourselves
The management takeover will include a full review of your current tenancy to ensure everything is as it should be. If you’d like, we can renew your tenancy agreement at the same time too.
As much as possible everything will be complete and in place before the takeover date, so that there is a seamless change from your previous agent to ourselves.
