The way it works is simple:
- You register your property using our easy to use property loading system, choosing either our silver or gold package for residential properties.
- We check your advert and then advertise it on the major letting sites associated with your chosen package, such as Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation, Find a Property, Gumtree and many more
- We handle all enquiries from potential tenants, screening enquiries to ensure they meet your criteria, and forward leads to you so that you can have a chat and fix up a convenient time for you to show them around your property
- Once you have found a suitable tenant, we conduct comprehensive tenant referencing
- We handle all negotiations and when everyone’s happy, we deal with the paperwork
