Landlords can enhance their property listing by making it a premium property on Rightmove. On average, a Premium Listing receives 26% more ‘clicks through’ to a property details page than a standard listing, increasing your chances of a faster let and reducing the risk of void periods.

Your property listing within the search results in a highlighted box, with larger fonts, and additional photos, making your property will really stand out from other listings. This does not position your property advert at the top of the search results (please see “Featured Listing” for this service).
