COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Advice

According to the latest Government guidance, landlords can market their properties and should in the first instance, show the property via a live or recorded video. Once you’ve viewed the property virtually and are serious about making an offer, the landlord should (if safe to do so) give you the oppertunity to physically view the property whilst following social distancing guidelines. Please note that if the property is occupied, the current tenants may not wish to allow anyone into the property until they’ve vacated.

We urge you to follow the advice being given by Government and the NHS. You can read the latest advice from the NHS here.

  • If you receive housing benefit, have a poor credit history or a low income, you may require a guarantor to support your application. A guarantor is someone who will take financial responsibility for the property if you are unable to keep up the payments on it.

They need to ideally be UK based, have a clean credit history and earn more than 3 times the yearly rent. You can have multiple guarantors to achieve the earning requirement.
