Start up Kitchen approx 15 sqm, most suitable for those who have planned their food business, have the funds in place to start or have just started to trade and need an efficient and cost effective environment to maximise their success rate in those first vital years of trading.

Monthly Rent (ex utilities & Service charge) = £275 + VAT

Standard Kitchen approx 40 sqm , most suitable for those who have a more established food business with or without staff members and require a little more space for larger equipment and day to day running.

Monthly Rent (ex utilities & Service charge) = £395 + VAT

All applicants will be considered for any space.

Having a space with us will mean you can focus on the running of your food business in a space you can access 24/7. We ask that you bring your own preparation equipment and storage, including sinks. Each space has its own lockable door, access is through a secure shared reception area.
