Caledonian Road is one of London’s most most vibrant communities, with lots of great restaurants, from Japanese to Caribbean, it’s very cosmopolitan while having retained that lovely old Cockney tradition of a close knit friendly community who are there to support each other. Close to fish and chip shops, great pubs and lots of activities happening in our local community centres, such as yoga, keep fit and art.
My studio is bright and sunny with a lovely skylight which lets the sun in. Former tenants have loved it and called it bohemian. I’ve had lovely students from Central St. Martins college of art and fashion and single professionals who have loved the fact it’s so central with great transport links to central London and the City while being a few minutes from King’s Cross.
The studio comprises of a living room including kitchenette, separate bathroom and toilet. There is a lovely outside terrace for sunbathing or bbq’s.
